Payment Terms
& Conditions
At Apexx Universal Care, we offer flexible billing options designed to meet your needs. Services are typically billed on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, depending on your care plan. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise arranged. We accept all major credit/debit cards, ACH transfers, and select insurance plans. A signed service agreement outlining the scope of services and cost is required prior to care. Missed visits or cancellations without 24-hour notice may incur a fee.

Currently Accepted Payment Options
We are pleased to offer the following payment methods for our non-medical home care services:
• Private Pay – Pay directly for services on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule
• Long-Term Care Insurance – We work with major providers like Genworth, Mutual of Omaha, Transamerica, and more
• Health Savings Accounts (HSA) / Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) – Eligible clients may use HSA or FSA funds for care reimbursement
• Customized Payment Plans – Flexible installment options available for eligible families
